Aycee and Tees, a Lilongwe-based firm, specialises in fresh and dried mushrooms, powdered mushroom soup, spawn (mushroom seed), and mushroom production training.
Committed to providing high-quality, locally grown mushrooms, the company aims to empower communities—especially women—through sustainable mushroom farming, improving livelihoods in the process.
“We are excited to be part of the Growth Accelerator because this will boost our business and chart a new forward for us,” says Cecilia Chalamanda, managing director of the venture.
With GA support, Aycee and Tees plan to construct modern greenhouses and enhance its marketing efforts, enabling the business to expand both in scale and market reach.
