Situated at Mpingu, off Mchinji road in Lilongwe district, MCM Investments Manufactures Sweet Gold sunflower cooking oil and sunflower cake. They are currently working with over 200 farmers from whom they purchase sunflower for their production.
“MCM Investment is excited to be part of Cohort 6 UNDP Growth Accelerator.
With the GA support, MCM sees “ourselves producing 250,000 litres of cooking oil and 750 Metric Tonnes of sunflower cake and we should be able to create 20 permanent jobs at our factory where by 50% will be women and the youth in the next 12 Months.”
