Bishop Jean Pankuku, with the goal of addressing food nutrient deficiencies, established the privately held Tehilah Bakery and Value Addition Centre, which specialises in the processing of locally grown horticultural crops and legumes, such as orange-fleshed sweet potatoes (OFSP).
