Warm Heart Children’s Therapy and Wellness provides medical rehabilitation services in Malawi. Qualified local and international occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and medical rehabilitation technicians provide the service with consultations by dieticians, medical doctors and mental health professionals.
In its COVID-19 response, Warm Heart Children’s Therapy & Wellness intends to provide improved mental health support for health workers in health care facilities in Malawi. The centre has developed a mental health guide to direct mental health counselling as it relates to the impact of COVID-19 on an individual’s mental state.
