Alinuswe and S Enterprise is a detergent making company that produces a range of detergents and soaps for home use these include Dish-wash liquid soaps, hand-washing soaps, sanitizers, pine-gel etc. As a response to the COVID19 pandemic, Alinuswe and S enterprise plans to scale up the production of hand sanitizer, hand soaps and other surface cleaners. The company is focusing its efforts on individuals and small businesses in peri-urban communities with little access to mainstream shopping malls as their target market. To cater to their target market their products priced below MK1, 000 (USD1.36) to ensure accessibility by those in communities. Alinuswe and S has started work in Bangwe, and with support from Growth Accelerator COVID19 special plans to expand to other lowincome densely populated communities within Blantyre.
