SouthEast Group process raw maize sourced from local farmers to tasty flavoured corn puffs that are marketed to surrounding areas of the establishment in Mangochi where the factory is located.
With financial support from the Growth Accelerator, the company will make growth-oriented investment decisions by procuring larger output corn processors, automatic packing machines and delivery vans as well as making investments in safety and hygiene in line with regulations.
The venture also plans to increase the human resource capacity of existing staff members and recruits together with the standardization of processes.
