The growth accelerator program provides a mandatory six months’ business development services (BDS) technical assistance to the contracted ventures. Hence, applicants joining the program will be required to undergo the mandatory technical assistance which is targeted at building capacity for the business owners in the following key focus areas: Vision/mission & leadership, Marketing & competition, Product & service innovation, Production, systems & processes, Investment & financial modelling and Sales and service delivery. The GA also provides tailor made technical assistance in areas of environmental and social management screening and planning, Factory Architectural Designs & Bills of Quantities, Factory Process Plan, Electrical audit/ designs and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification planning and execution.
